Trade Facilitation and Expo Centre Division is responsible to develop general policy proposals for consideration by the federal government to enhance trade. It supports the Ministry of Commerce in preparation of Trade Policy in consultation with Sectoral Divisions and implements the Trade Policy /Federal government initiatives of general nature. TFD is responsible for the issuance of Certificates of Origin and all GSP matters, matters related to Public Relations including media coverage, newspapers, advertisements, printing of all promotion materials, web portal management etc. It Coordinates with the Provincial governments of Sindh & Balochistan in all matters of general nature and with the Ministry of Commerce for implementation of all initiatives related to Domestic Commerce. Management of Karachi Expo Centre and EDF are also part of TFD.
